As part of an integrated approach to marketing communications, Fabrick recommended that Vincent Timber introduce social media as a way of engaging with its target audiences.

The Solution:

With Twitter proven to be one of the most effective business-to-business social media tools, Fabrick recommended efforts should be focussed on this channel.

Our in-house experts worked closely with the client’s communication team to improve their knowledge of Twitter and social media and to identify suitable content that would allow Vincent Timber to engage with their target audiences.

Fabrick also carried out extensive knowledge to identify organisations and individuals that Vincent Timber should engage with, and to identify key topics that would inform their target audiences and create conversations.

Fabrick produced a schedule of content, established an appropriate tone and style for content, wrote the engaging copy needed and managed the distribution of the messages.

The Results:

  • In the first year, Fabrick added 688 new followers, sent 509 messages, had 364 clicks on links and 123 retweets.
  • In the second year, Fabrick added 1,044 new followers, an increase of 152%. These new followers were achieved through the distribution of 610 messages, a 20% increase year on year. Activities also saw 196 retweets, a 60% improvement on the previous year.
