Sika, a global manufacturer of building products and solutions, operates a number of different divisions across concrete repairs, waterproofing, flooring, flat roofing, structural strengthening and concrete. To provide maximum impact from advertising and best value from budgets, Fabrick was asked to work with the different divisions to manage trade media advertising, planning and buying.

The Solution:

Many of Sika’s divisions operate in similar fields and have similar target audiences – in particular specifier and main contractors.

Fabrick utilised their extensive knowledge of Sika to identify suitable publications and effective media channels/publications that would allow them to reach their objectives and audiences and bring consistency to the various campaigns through careful planning and execution.

The names of these publications/media channels were entered into a media schedule along with other details such as timescales, budget and readership numbers and presented to Sika who could then clearly see the planned activities.

Fabrick always aims to create a direct conversation between the client and their target audiences so as well as traditional print and online opportunities, Fabrick considered more lead base media activities such as CPD features and engaging activities such as webinars, helping to take Sika ‘off the page’ and into a direct conversation.
