Optima, a market leader in the manufacture of office partitioning systems, required a cost effective method of communicating the numerous benefits of its products to its customers. Fabrick worked closely with Optima to realise this goal.

The Solution:

Optima also wanted to help drive traffic to its website and in turn generate sales enquiries. With a limited budget, advertising and direct mail were not possible so Fabrick suggested an email marketing campaign.

The campaign focused around Optima’s completed projects. Fabrick created a template and populated it with existing PR content. With the full article published on Optima’s website, the reformulated copy provided an introduction to the project. A clear call to action to find out more led recipients to Optima’s website.

In addition to project emails, Fabrick also created emails and supporting content for other company initiatives such as its ’20 years of innovation’ campaign and the launch of its BIM (Building Information Modelling) details.

Fabrick also managed the distribution of the project updates, using its own extensive databases as well as the clients own.
