Residential property developer, Elite Homes, has appointed Fabrick to deliver a PR campaign designed to raise their company profile and maximise opportunities arising from a unique development the company is delivering in Hampshire.

Elite Homes has recently gained planning permission for phase one of the regeneration of a former MoD site in Gosport. The £11 million scheme will see the creation of 30 homes, an armed forces museum and an alcohol distillery. It is part of the wider Priddy’s Hard regeneration that will turn the dilapidated naval Armaments Centre, dating back to 1750, into one of the most desirable residential and tourist hubs on the south coast.

The planning approval follows Elite Homes’ stunning nine-home redevelopment of Ordnance Yard. Located within Priddy’s Hard’s conservation area, it comprises of six, three-level, ultra-modern homes built between a series of blast walls, a feature from its previous incarnation where the site was used for armaments production. A further two, two-storey properties stand at the water’s edge looking out towards Portsmouth’s landmark Spinnaker Tower. Designed by award-winning John Pardey Architects, the striking houses’ provide an opportunity to put Elite Homes on the map as a leading developer of unique homes.

Fabrick’s strategic, PR and social teams will be working closely with Elite Homes to maximise press and social coverage for Ordnance Yard, whilst setting the scene for the start of the new project.

The PR strategy and plans will deliver on a number of levels and includes message creation, trade and consumer PR activities, social media content creation, press site visits, award entries and much more.

“Elite Homes specialise in transforming land into stylish, high quality residential apartments and accommodation in pioneering new build schemes along the South coast of England. Their vision is to change construction in the UK so we’re delighted to be supporting a company who shares our passion for change and innovation. We’re excited to start implementing our plans and have already secured features in the trade and consumer press”, comments David Ing, Managing Director, Fabrick.

We look forward to helping Elite Homes meet their objectives.
